Starting the Official Withdrawal Process
Traditional undergraduate students wanting to withdraw from the semester (drop ALL courses for the semester) can begin by notifying Heidi Tracht in the Center for Academic Success and Advising or by printing a withdrawal from semester form. This form can be found on the NNU Registrar’s website, under the Forms tab, by selecting Scheduling Forms: Withdrawal from School - Undergraduate. To start the official withdrawal process this form will need to be signed by four offices. First, by Heidi Tracht in the Center for Academic Success and Advising. Second, by the Student Development Office. Third, by the Office of Financial Aid. Fourth, by the Business Office. Locations for these offices are indicated on the withdrawal form. Finally, the student should then return the withdrawal form to the Registrar’s Office.
Traditional students wanting to withdraw from the semester (drop ALL courses for the semester) PRIOR to the first day of the term, would do so with the Registrar's office.
Graduate and undergraduate students in the Adult and Professional Programs should start the official withdrawal process by notifying their program coordinator of their intent to withdraw. Preferably this notification would be in writing via email. Your program coordinator will then fill out the necessary paperwork and forward it to the Registrar, the Office of Financial Aid, and the Business Office.
